Cancellation Policy

A $250 non-refundable down payment is required to secure your event date. This down payment reserves your spot and will be applied toward the total cost of your package. Cancellations: All cancellations will result in the loss of the $250 down payment, regardless of when the cancellation is made. If you cancel 14 days or more before the scheduled event, any additional payments made (beyond the $250 down payment) will be refunded. If you cancel within 14 days of the event, or fail to provide access for coverage, the full event fee is non-refundable. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule once if notice is given at least 14 days before the original event date. The $250 down payment will be applied to the new date, subject to availability. Rescheduling with less than 14 days’ notice will require a new $250 down payment to secure the new date. By booking your event, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
