Cancellation Policy
A $20 non-refundable down payment is required to secure your business portrait session. This amount will be applied toward your total session fee. Cancellations: All cancellations will forfeit the $20 down payment, regardless of notice. If you cancel 24 hours or more before your session, any additional amount paid (beyond the $20) will be refunded. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show up, the full session fee is non-refundable. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule once at no charge if notice is given at least 48 hours before the original session time. After 48 hours, a new booking and down payment will be required. By booking your business portrait session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
